Your attendance is required ...

The PCEC has been designed to provide services and facilities that will help to add maximum enjoyment to your visit. Disabled access is available to all levels. 

The Velluto Café   is available for visitors to enjoy a quick break from proceedings, have a business lunch or morning and afternoon tea.

The carpark is owned and managed by The City of Perth.  In addition, there are numerous modes of public transport facilities to choose from that provide access to the PCEC.

For access into the PCEC from a variety of transport options please see below:

Vehicle Access to the City of Perth Carpark
Driving from the North along Mitchell freeway: Take the off ramp located adjacent to the Riverside Drive off ramp marked – Convention Centre. Once on the ramp continue in far right hand land and follow the signs directly to the City Of Perth's carpark.

Driving from the South along Kwinana Freeway: Take the Mounts Bay Road/City off ramp keeping in the right hand lane. Continue along Mounts Bay Road staying in the far right hand lane and follow the signs directly to the City Of Perth carpark.

Driving from the East along Shepperton Road: Continue straight through the roundabout heading into the city onto St George's Terrace.  Continue on St Georges Terrace and finally take a left onto Mill Street. Staying in the right hand lane continue straight through the lights directly into the City Of Perth carpark.

Driving from the West along Stirling Hwy: Staying in the left hand lane continue driving east when Stirling Hwy turns into Mounts Bay Road at the intersection of Stirling Hwy and Broadway. Take the left exit, continuing on Mounts Bay Road, at the round about. Continue in the right hand lane following the signs directly to the City Of Perth carpark.

Alternate Parking
Due to it's popularity the Convention Centre Carpark tends to fill up quickly. However alternate parking is available within a short walk of the PCEC.

City of Perth Parking
His Majesty's Carpark- Entry via Murray Street
Council House Carpark- Entry via 27 St Georges Terrace
Concert Hall Carpark- Entry via Terrace Road or 5-7 St Georges Terrace
Terrace Road Carpark- Entry via Terrace Road

Hilton Carpark- Entry via Mounts Bay Road
Westralia Square- Entry via Mounts Bay Road
Central Park Carpark- Entry via 152-158 St George's Terrace
King Street Carpark- Entry via King Street
Citipark- Entry via 427-437 Murray Street
Murray Street Carpark- Entry via 378 Murray Street

Vehicle Drop Off Access
Access to the plaza drop off area - you can travel from either Mill Street or Mounts Bay Road.  Entrance is to the left of the City Of Perth carpark entrance. Before actually going into the City of Perth Carpark go to the left of the street lights.  Keep to the left in a lane that goes directly in front of the Medina Hotel.  (There is another lane that runs alongside the Plaza entry that is used for buses, do not use this lane.)  You are in the correct lane that is on the Hotel side of a small white fence.  Staying in this lane you will travel up underneath a small tunnel onto the Plaza of the PCEC.  

Exit from the Plaza is to the left on the loop road. (There is a sign indicating the exit point)

Arrival By Taxi
Inform your taxi driver to enter at the City Of Perth carpark entrance off Mounts Bay Road. Before actually going into the City of Perth Carpark go to the left of the street lights.  Keep to the left in a lane that goes directly in front of the Medina Hotel.  (There is another lane that runs alongside the Plaza entry that is used for buses, do not use this lane.)  You are in the correct lane that is on the Hotel side of a small white fence.  Staying in this lane you will travel up undernealth a small tunnel onto the Plaza of the PCEC.  

Exit from the Plaza is to the left on the loop road. (There is a sign indicating the exit point)

Taxis can be called to the Plaza for you upon your departure from the PCEC. 

Arrival by Bus
The Perth city busport is located adjacent to the PCEC with frequent service to the Perth metro area. Upon your arrival take the stairs up to the busport main deck and head south following the signs through to the Perth Centre's entrance.

Park ‘n’ Ride services are also available from Morley, Murdock, Rockingham and Success.

The Blue Cat operates a free transportation service between the busport and other major transport centres such as the Perth Train Station.


Arrival by Train
The new Esplanade Train Station located next to PCEC is now open on the Perth Underground to Mandurah line.
Simply head up the escalators to the Ernst & Young building, follow the walkway to the left and the PCEC will be directly in front of you.

Should you arrive at the Perth Station, Perth Underground is only a short walk through a connecting walkway.


Arrival by Ferry
A ferry service operates between Barrack St Jetty, Mend St Jetty, with limited services to Coode St Jetty.
Upon arrival at Barrack Street Jetty depart the ferry and continue walking up along Barrack Street. Take your first left onto The Esplanade and carry on through the William Street intersection onto Mounts Bay Road. The PCEC is located on your left past the Busport.


Disabled Access
The PCEC has been designed with lift and ramp facilities to all areas for easy and efficient access.
